Birmingham HESG

There were 3 HEDS presentations at the recent HESG.  They were:
  • Aki Tsuchiya. An exploration of non-iterative time trade-off.
  • Matthew Franklin. Title: Self-reported and electronic resource-use data for trial-based economic evaluations: the current state of play in England and considerations for the future.
  • John Brazier. Own health valuation: are we asking the right question?

And for trivia fans out there, for the first time at HESG, there was a session where the lead author (Luke Munford, Manchester), the discussant (Zoe Firth, Health Foundation), and the chair (Matthew Franklin, Sheffield) were all graduates from Sheffield’s MSc Economics and Health Economics.  We must be doing something write.

No, that wasn't a grammatical error.
